Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic, a division of Hope, is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (Part-Time) in O'Fallon, IL to work with children ages 2–8 using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will collaborate with the treatment team to track progress, communicate with families about their child’s development, and assist with planning clinic activities while modeling professional behavior.

Minimum requirements include being 18+, having a HS diploma, and passing background clearance;

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic to teach children with ASD using ABA.
• Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress.
• Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.

Schedule = Mon-Fri 1045am-445pm
