Job summary

Autumn ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a client with autism after school hours in Phillipsburg, NJ. You will conduct therapeutic sessions, collect data, and maintain notes under supervision of a BCBA.

The role requires a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred; BT/RBT credentials are expected or preferred. Schedule is Monday to Friday with some weekend work; travel is required for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behaviour technician (BT) to work with a client diagnosed with autism, for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15-35 per week
