Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings, helping children communicate and learn new skills.

Join a supportive team with flexible part-time or full-time schedules, paid training and certification support. We welcome both experienced and entry-level RBTs/BTs, with afternoon/evening hours and opportunities across multiple cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Passion for helping children and families is essential.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) and 1:1 ABA therapy required or desired.
• Open to both experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home or clinic settings.
• Support children's communication and learning in sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to implement ABA programs.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families

• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
