Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and clinic settings across New York City. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules with client availability from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.

Join a supportive team led by BC BAs who help you grow, offer paid training and certification support, and opportunities across all five boroughs. High school diploma required; passion for helping children and families.

• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families

• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs
