Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to work with children and families in homes and clinics across New York. We offer flexible schedules and supportive supervision designed to help you grow your career in ABA.

Role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy, engaging with families, and following established behavior plans under supervision. All candidates with passion for helping children will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Demonstrates a passion for helping children and families.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) required or desired.

Responsibilities

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Multiple openings across all five boroughs

$20 - $26 an hour
