Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy to children. You will work 1:1 with clients, following supervision from BCBAs, and adapt sessions to each family's needs.

Flexible scheduling with opportunities across all five boroughs, paid training, and certification support; hourly pay ranges from $20 to $26, depending on experience and case load.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
