Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Training and certification support are provided, with client sessions available weekday afternoons and weekends. A passion for helping children and families is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equival ent.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules based on client availability.
• Work with clients during 3:00 PM–8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on weekends.
• Participate in growth opportunities within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Receive paid training and certification support.

• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
