Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings across New York. The role supports families and participates in scheduling that fits client availability, with supervision by engaged BCBAs.

Flexible Part-time or Full-Time schedules are available, with paid training and certification support. Multiple openings across all five boroughs, with growth opportunities in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• A passion for helping children and families.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$20 - $26 an hour
