Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA in New York is seeking Behavioral Technicians (RBT/BT) to work with children and families in home and clinic settings. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy and be part of a supportive team dedicated to meaningful progress in development.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules depending on client availability, with sessions typically after school hours or on weekends, and opportunities for growth, paid training, and certification support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Open to both experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA/BCaBA.
• Follow individualized behavior-analytic plans and data collection.
• Engage with clients in a supportive, respectful manner.

• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs
