Job summary

Horizon Blue ABA is seeking skilled Behavioral Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings. We value a passion for helping families and a strong interest in ABA.

Both experienced and new RBTs/BTs are welcome to apply, with supervision from qualified BCBAs and supportive onboarding. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, with shifts typically from late afternoon into evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) and helping families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings.
• Adapt therapy plans under supervision to meet client needs.
• Engage families to support at-home progress.

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• A passion for helping children and families
• Interest in ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis)
• Ability to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and clinic settings
• We are open to consider experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs

Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT) Benefits & Schedule:

• Flexible Part-time or Full-Time Schedules depending on client availability and cases.
• Clients are available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Weekends 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

$20 - $26 an hour
