Job summary

Unitek College seeks an experienced nursing educator to facilitate student learning, instruct across clinicals and labs, and evaluate outcomes. The role requires an RN with an MSN and an active nursing license, plus the ability to mentor students and maintain FERPA-compliant records.

You will supervise clinical experiences, coordinate with program administration, and stay current with licensure and continuing education requirements. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with current and unencumbered licensure.
• Master of Science in Nursing degree required.
• Able to meet faculty requirements set by the Board of Registered Nursing in the state of work.
• Experience demonstrating knowledge of nursing practice, mentorship, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate student learning, provide instruction, and evaluate learning across clinicals, labs, or simulated experiences.
• Supervise and debrief students in lab, clinical, and SCE settings.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and FERPA-compliant records and meet deadlines.
• Plan and supervise student clinical experience in health care facilities; ensure health and safety standards.
