Balderston Automotive Group is seeking a dependable Service Advisor to act as the primary link between customers and the service department in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. You will blend customer service, sales, and automotive knowledge to explain maintenance and repairs while coordinating with technicians.

The role focuses on owning the customer experience, managing service orders, and ensuring timely, courteous service in a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience and leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims and training of service department staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain good working relationships with factories and foster positive employee relations.

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented accounting professional to join our centralized accounting team in Lee’s Summit, Missouri.Position Overview:Serves as the primary communication link between customers and the service department. The role combines customer service, sales, and automotive knowledge to help customers understand vehicle maintenance and repair needs while coordinating work with technicians.ResponsibilitiesOversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane.
