Qualifications

• Holds a baccalaureate degree with clinical specialization appropriate to teaching responsibility.
• Holds a master’s degree in healthcare, management or business or willingness to obtain one within an agreed period.
• Faculty teaching non-clinical courses must have advanced preparation relevant to their area.
• Holds ARDMS certification and registration in pertinent disciplines.
• Competency in teaching, curriculum development, and clinical area assignment may be gained through academic activities and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, implementation, evaluation, and quality improvement.
• Support student outcomes assessment and provide academic guidance.
• Serve as a professional role model and promote critical thinking and clinical competence.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clinical partners; participate in recruitment and committees.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and support Bellin College mission and values.

Education

Baccalaureate degree with clinical specialization

Master's degree (preferred in healthcare/management/business)

Advanced preparation in teaching/learning

ARDMS certification and registration
