SECU Maryland Opens Doors is looking for a BSA Governance Manager to oversee the governance of BSA compliance and support the VP/BSA & Corporate Compliance. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, develop processes, and follow up on BSA initiatives.

This role demands significant management experience in BSA or Compliance, with industry certifications preferred. Competitive compensation ranges from $88,500 to $141,700 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience required.
• 8-10 years of demonstrated responsibility in BSA, Governance, Risk or Compliance role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and organize information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate SECU’s BSA Program governance initiatives.
• Maintain governance document repository system.
• Coordinate BSA training across the organization.

Skills

Industry Certifications in BSA/AML Compliance

Management experience

Understanding of rules/regulations

Credit Union experience

Education

Certified Bank Secrecy Act Professional (CBSAP)

Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS)
