A national boutique talent acquisition firm is seeking a Vice President / BSA Compliance Officer for the Dallas, TX market. You will develop and administer the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program to ensure adherence to essential laws and regulations. The position offers a salary of up to $115K and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and two years of BSA experience, as well as a strong understanding of compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years of BSA experience required, including previous role as a BSA Officer.
• Working knowledge of Federal and State Anti-Money Laundering compliance statutes.
• Ability to read and interpret statutes and regulations effectively.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Program.
• Implement regulatory compliance responsibilities for the bank.
• Perform annual BSA risk assessments and advise management.
