Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Bank’s regulatory compliance program.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the Bank’s compliance frameworks.
• Monitor changes in regulations and ensure timely updates to policies.
• Conduct annual Compliance Risk Assessment to identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for staff and Board members.
