Job summary

River Run Services, LLC is seeking a BSA Officer & BSA fraud Department Manager to oversee BSA/AML/CFT, OFAC, and fraud programs. Hybrid work model blends in-office collaboration three days a week with two days remote.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, staff supervision, training, and reporting to the Board, with oversight of SARs/CTR exemptions and regulatory examinations. The role requires 5+ years in BSA/AML/OFAC with leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in BSA/AML/OFAC with 2+ years of supervision.
• Proven knowledge of US AML/BSA laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC programs and reports to the Board.
• Oversees staff, training, and program metrics for senior management.
• Leads Fraud Program, sets prevention strategies and training.
• Reviews SARs and CTR exemptions; enhances AML analytics and procedures.
• Serves as primary contact for regulatory examinations and updates.
