Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with 5+ years in BSA/AML/compliance or financial crimes operations, or 10+ years in related roles.
• Must obtain CAMS certification within 12 months and recertify every three years.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC, CTR requirements and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of BSA/AML Investigation Specialists; manage daily workloads and deadlines.
• Provide expertise on sanctions screening, suspicious activity monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
• Review complex cases and determine appropriate investigative actions and risk-based resolutions.
• Maintain controls and monitoring practices to ensure regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during audits, regulatory examinations, and corrective actions.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and technology implementations to improve efficiency.
