Job summary

BCI Miami Branch seeks a Documentation Analyst to conduct onboarding review, perform CDD updates, and ensure compliance with US banking regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage sensitive information within defined SLAs.

Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and have AML/BSA knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and compliance systems. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3–4 years of BSA/AML analyst experience in banking.
• Knowledge of banking laws including BSA/USA Patriot Act.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish at least at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to US regulatory requirements and branch policies.
• Review and approve account opening documentation within SLAs.
• Perform CDD updates for various risk levels and validate in core systems.
• Approve new customers and maintain accounts in the system.
• Maintain logs for audit trail and SLA adherence.
