Job summary

Cooperative Credit Union Association is seeking a capable BSA/AML support professional to assist the BSA Officer in Delaware. The role focuses on compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act, with emphasis on accurate filing and timely processing of required reports.

The successful candidate will review documents, assist with enterprise risk management, and participate in audits, vendor and disaster recovery programs to ensure safety and soundness.

Qualifications

• Understanding and following complex written and oral instructions.
• Ability to analyze facts and develop solutions.
• Experience preparing and maintaining confidential records and reports.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer input and data entry.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC and Patriot Act requirements.
• Experience with risk assessment and regulatory compliance in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer and ensure accurate filing of CTRs and SARs.
• Review AML alerts daily and respond to escalations.
• Create cases and file SARs as appropriate.
• Support Money Service Business account program following FinCEN guidance.
• Assist Vendor Management and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity programs.
• Support physical security procedures and access controls.
