Rothman Orthopaedics is seeking a full-time Non-Surgical Clinical Assistant (Medical Assistant or Athletic Trainer) based in Bryn Mawr, PA. Travel to Malvern and Media, PA offices required. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4 PM, in-office.

The role supports physicians and PAs with daily administrative and clinical duties, including vitals, injections, chart preparation, and coordinating pre-certifications and imaging studies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CCMA, CRMA, EMT, or ATC certification active and valid.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients and escorts to exam room; directs scheduling and checkout.
• Maintains exam room order and prepares it for patients.
• Cleans and autoclaves instruments; handles paperwork for physician review.
• Records vitals as requested; prepares injections.
• Assists with imaging studies and specimen handling.
• Supports office operations and scheduling, including prompts for pre-certifications.
