Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office and EMR systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients from waiting room to exam room.
• Assist with pre-op and post-op procedures and chart documentation.
• Record vital signs and assist with injections and tech tasks.
• Prepare exam rooms, clean/sterilize instruments, and manage supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and patient communications.
• Support physicians and staff, covering other areas as needed.
