Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare hot dishes, portion ingredients, and plate beautifully for service. You will follow established recipes and standards to ensure quality and consistency across all menu items.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a kitchen, can maintain a clean workspace, and communicate clearly with managers and teammates. This role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Able to follow Ruby standards and recipes consistently.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Aufgaben

• Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products and portion food prior to cooking.
• Plating and garnishing cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu plates.
• Support other kitchen duties as needed and follow kitchen rules and procedures.
