Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house crew.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products and portion food prior to cooking.
• Prepare appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates and plate/carry final dishes.
• Follow Ruby Slipper standards and recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
