Job summary

Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated kitchen team member to accurately and efficiently prepare hot foods and portion ingredients for cooking. You will plate and garnish dishes while ensuring adherence to Ruby standards, recipes, and quality controls.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of kitchen prep experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house Krewe members.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food items and portion ingredients before cooking.
• Plate and garnish final dishes and prepare garnishes for hot menu items.
• Follow Ruby standards and recipes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and comply with all kitchen rules and policies.
