Job summary

Rubybrunch in Florida seeks a kitchen team member to accurately and efficiently prepare hot food items and portion ingredients prior to cooking. You will plate and garnish finished dishes and assist with other kitchen duties to ensure quality and speed during service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, can follow strict Ruby standards, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area while communicating clearly with managers and staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience is preferred.
• Able to follow Ruby Standards and recipes consistently.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work area.
• Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house krewe members.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food items.
• Prepare and portion food prior to cooking, including plating and garnishing.
• Support other kitchen duties as needed and adapt to busy service periods.
