REYNAis a Mediterreanean Tapas Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in Union Square. We are looking for passionate line cooks with a positive attitude and who want to be part of a great team. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Must be available for Saturday & Sunday Brunch from 9am-4pm
  • Work on the line during service, setup and maintain your station.
  • Plate items to Reyna Standards
  • Be able to plate dishes consistently and quickly.
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistency for a fantastic guest experience
  • Maintain clean and organized stations
  • Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
  • Follow FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness
  • Work as a team with all team members
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong knife skills and ability to work all stations
  • Food Handlers Certificate amust
  • Ability to keep a positive work environment for you and your peers
  • Must Have 3 years cooking experience.
