Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

REYNA is a Mediterranean Tapas Restaurant and Cocktail Bar in Union Square. We are looking for passionate line cooks with a positive attitude who want to be part of a great team. Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be available for Saturday & Sunday brunch from 9am-4pm.
  • Work on the line during service, set up, and maintain your station.
  • Plate items to Reyna standards.
  • Plate dishes consistently and quickly.
  • Follow recipes to ensure consistency and a great guest experience.
  • Maintain clean and organized stations.
  • Adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
  • Follow FIFO (first in, first out) method to maximize freshness.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knife skills and ability to work all stations required.
  • Food Handlers Certificate required.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years cooking experience required.
