The Position: Line Cook (Broiler, Pasta, Brunch/Eggs)

  • Prepare food to The Smith’s specifications
  • Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Set up station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and/or stocking station
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station during and at the end of service
  • Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

The pay range for this position is an hourly range of $18 - $25 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
