Job summary

Biscuit Love Brunch is hiring for our Back of House team. You’ll execute recipes with consistency, work across prep, eggs, fry, expo, and more, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.

We offer daytime hours, a starting pay of $17–$22 per hour (base + tip share), Health insurance Day 1 for full-time team members, annual raises, and clear advancement through BOH Training Tiers as you grow.

• Execute our recipes with consistency, quality and detail.
• Work across stations including prep, eggs, fry, expo and more.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe kitchen.
• Support teammates and communicate clearly under pressure.
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness and kitchen flow.
• Participate in structured BOH training path with raises as you grow.
• Be adaptable and proactive during high-volume brunch service.
