Job summary

Milk & Honey by Thompson Hospitality is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our vibrant New Orleans themed Southern brunch concept in Charlottesville. You will oversee dining room and kitchen operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive exceptional service, food quality, and daily execution.

You’ll manage budgets, champion operational excellence, and cultivate a culture where hospitality, teamwork, and community thrive.
