Responsibilities include preparing and cooking brunch items to established recipes, maintaining station cleanliness, and working closely with the team to ensure timely service. Compensation ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook brunch menu items to established recipes and quality standards.
• Execute eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, sandwiches, and other brunch items with consistency and speed.
• Complete prep and ensure the kitchen is fully stocked before service.
• Maintain proper timing and communication throughout brunch service.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to provide an excellent member and guest experience.
• Assist with cleaning and general kitchen duties as needed.
