STV Incorporated in the West Region seeks an experienced Engineer Specialist BRT / Complete Streets Design Lead to support multifaceted BRT and multimodal corridor projects in Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. You will lead day-to-day design delivery, coordinate production across disciplines, and assist project management activities including scope, schedule, budget, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway, curbside, transit priority, station-area, bicycle, pedestrian, signal, and traffic-related design elements from concept development through final design.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary production, and support project management functions such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client coordination.
• Prepare and review plan sheets, design exhibits, technical memoranda, quantities, cost estimates, comment responses, and agency submittal packages.
• Mentor junior roadway and traffic design staff and support quality control of production work.
• Stay current on agency criteria, design standards, and best practices for BRT, complete streets, transit priority, and multimodal corridor implementation.
