Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior BRT Project Manager to lead and grow our Northern California BRT team (San Francisco, Oakland, Antioch). You will guide projects from concept through construction, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes technical BRT expertise, leadership, and business development with opportunities for national impact and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar designation.
• 12+ years of experience in transit projects or equivalent.
• Experience with agencies to deliver transit projects and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead California BRT business development and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a technical expert on BRT projects from concept to construction.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams on medium to large contracts.
• Negotiate scopes, fees, subcontracts, and project management plans.
• Mentor staff in BRT best practices and deliverables.
• Support national delivery of BRT projects and travel as needed.
