Qualifications

• 10+ years of environmental due diligence, assessment, remediation, and project management in Great Lakes states.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in geology, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• Experience managing federal or state funded brownfield projects; licensure (PG/PE) strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage environmental due diligence, assessment, cleanup, and brownfield redevelopment projects with attention to safety, quality, detail, budget, and deadlines.
• Oversee Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, asbestos and lead-based paint sampling with guidance on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare proposals and marketing materials; assist with grant applications for environmental projects.
• Plan and schedule field investigations; write and review technical work plans, reports, and health and safety plans.
• Coordinate field contractors and laboratories; oversee environmental cleanup activities.
