Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to lead brownfield redevelopment initiatives, provide technical assistance, and engage with communities to support environmental and economic development. The role involves coordinating with diverse partners, facilitating design meetings, and developing capacity for long-term project success.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, preparing proposals, and ensuring effective communication across agencies and communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Min 4 years of experience in project experience, conceptual design development, public speaking and/or community outreach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and keep schedules on track.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, resource allocation, and leadership techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee brownfield redevelopment and technical assistance initiatives.
  • Facilitate community meetings on project design and engage stakeholders.
  • Lead project management and capacity building for communities.
  • Develop relationships with local, state, and federal partners for collaboration.
  • Assist with proposal development and respond to inquiries with clear reports.
