Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to assist in developing and implementing technical assistance programs for brownfields initiatives in the United States. You will support public meetings, stakeholder input, grant applications, and coordination with EPA regions, traveling within West Virginia and EPA Region 3 as needed to advance funded projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum six months of experience in project management, public speaking, or community outreach.
• Ability to develop project timelines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with program development and implementation of technical assistance programs.
• Assist with facilitation of redevelopment activities and public meetings.
• Provide research support on brownfield property characteristics and ownership info.
• Assist in development of proposals and grant applications for funding.
