Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in geology, environmental science, engineering or related field.
  • Experience administering and managing federally/state funded brownfield/redevelopment projects in at least one Great Lakes state.
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage environmental due diligence, assessment, cleanup, and brownfield redevelopment projects with emphasis on safety, quality, budget, and deadlines.
  • Oversee Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, sampling, and provide senior review of deliverables.
  • Prepare proposals and other marketing materials; assist with grant applications.
  • Scoping and scheduling field investigations; writing and reviewing work plans and health and safety plans.
  • Oversee field contractors and coordinate with laboratories; manage sampling documents and cleanup activities.
