Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and store targets.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Perform Brow Bar services (eyebrow waxing, tinting, threading, lash applications) following policies.
• Book guest appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area and store cleanliness; ensure supplies and testers are ready.
