Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize sales for the Benefit brand by engaging guests, performing Brow Bar services, makeup applications, and skincare recommendations. You will greet guests, determine needs, and drive service and retail sales on the floor and at events.

This role requires an active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Esthetician or cosmetology license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/face services preferred.
• Strong guest service and sales skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals for Benefit brand.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow bar services: waxing, tinting, threading as applicable.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
