Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert for the Brow Bar to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, performing eyebrow waxing and lash services, and advising on products. The role requires an active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology and a passion for guest service and beauty education.

You will book appointments, maintain the Brow Bar area, participate in in-store events, and collaborate with store teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and brow services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform brow waxing, tinting, tweezing and related services.
• Greet guests, assess needs, and recommend products and services.
• Book and manage appointments; maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and supplies.
• Drive sales and contribute to store goals through exceptional guest service.
