Qualifications

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license required by state law
• High school diploma preferred
• Experience with makeup applications and brow/face waxing or tinting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals
• Greet guests and personalize service to needs, recommend products and services
• Perform Brow Bar services: eyebrow waxing, tinting, tweezing, lash applications
• Book appointments using the system for initial, return services and events
• Maintain Brow Bar and area cleanliness, stock testers and maintain compliance with hygiene standards
