Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales through guest engagement, product demonstrations, and short services at the Brow Bar. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required and a strong focus on service, guest relationships, and in-store events.

You will book appointments, train with brand partners, and maintain Brow Bar and salesfloor standards while delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where state law requires.
• Active license per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and Brow Bar services to drive sales.
• Book appointments for initial and follow-up services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in Brow Bar area; comply with hygiene standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support brand standards.
