Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring a Brow Waxing Expert (Arch Expert) to maximize Benefit brand sales and guest satisfaction. You will perform brow and facial services, assist guests in product choices, and manage appointment bookings and in-store events.

The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by state law, with a focus on exceptional guest service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license per state law.
• Experience with makeup application; eyebrow & facial waxing, tweezing, tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and related store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform brow and facial services at the Brow Bar; book appointments and events.
• Maintain eye for inventory, cleanliness, and brand policy compliance.
• Build guest relationships and participate in brand trainings and events.
• Collaborate with store team to grow the business.
