Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and performing brow and facial services. The AE will support the Experience Manager through focus on service, guests, and operations, while holding an active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law
• Experience in makeup application and brow services is preferred
• Proficiency with beauty products and tools
• Strong sales and guest service orientation

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services
• Perform brow/waxing services and makeovers at Brow Bar and during events
• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar workflow
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety and hygiene standards
