Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Oregon is seeking an Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Brow Bar sales and provide superior guest service through makeup applications, waxing, tinting, and related services. An active esthetics or cosmetology license is required where state law permits.

You will collaborate with the Experience Manager to meet sales goals, participate in brand trainings, and support in-store events while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or required by state laws.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where applicable.
• Experience with makeup applications and brow/ facial waxing is preferred.
• Ability to operate beauty service equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalize service to guest needs.
• Perform brow services such as waxing, tweezing, tinting, and lash applications.
• Book and manage appointments using the store system and Brow Bar calendar.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and store policies throughout shifts.
