Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Arch Expert (AE) to maximize Benefit brand sales by engaging guests, determining needs, and providing services including brow and facial waxing and tinting. The AE represents the brand image and guides guests through products, services, and promotions while supporting the Experience Manager.

The role requires an active Esthetics or Cosmetology license as mandated by law, outstanding guest service, and a passion for learning product knowledge to drive sales and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Perform short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, eyebrow tinting, strip lash applications.
• Book guests’ appointments for initial services, return services, and events.
• Maintain store operational standards and assist with inventory and merchandising tasks.
