Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store. The role combines makeup artistry with dermal services and requires related licensure where required by state law.

You will perform waxing, tinting, and other Brow Bar services, greet guests, schedule appointments, and maintain a clean, compliant, and inviting service area while staying informed on beauty trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; license required where state law mandates.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license required where legally mandated by state.
• Experience with makeup application and waxing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and suggest products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services: eyebrow waxing, Tinting, threading, lashes.
• Book appointments using the store system for initial/return services and events.
• Maintain Brow Bar area, supplies, hygiene compliance, and merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with managers and brand partners to grow the business.
