Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests, tailor services to individual needs, and recommend products.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, and makeup applications.
• Book appointments and manage the Brow Bar area.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with store team and brand partners to drive sales.
