Ulta Beauty is seeking a skilled Arch Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales by delivering exceptional guest service and performing brow and facial services. The role requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required, and the ability to drive sales through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, maintain brand standards, and participate in ongoing trainings and in-store events to promote loyalty and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with makeup application and brow/face waxing.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and stay updated on trends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a high-volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet guests and personalize service to their needs.
• Perform makeup applications and brow/face services per policy.
• Book and manage appointments using the store system.
• Maintain Brow Bar area, hygiene standards, and inventory.
• Participate in brand trainings, events, and promotions.
